Access Islington – council tax enquiries

Due to technical issues, Access Islington is currently unable to help with council tax queries over the phone or at our hubs.

You can still manage your council tax online through My Islington, including viewing your bill and making payments.

Free independent advice

Get help and advice around debt, benefits and housing.

We fund Citizen’s Advice Islington, Islington Law Centre, Islington People’s Rights, Help on Your Doorstep and Islington SEND Community Support Service to offer free independent advice, support and legal services to people who live and work in Islington.

These organisations are entirely independent from the council.

They work across the borough and offer support and advice in the following areas:

  • Benefits

  • Debt

  • Housing

  • Education

  • Family Law

  • Employment

  • Immigration
