What you can get

Through the CargoShift Islington programme, you can get free advice and support to help your business or organisation start using cargo bikes for journeys that currently use motor vehicles.

This might mean purchasing your own cargo bike, using Islington’s shared use cargo bikes OurBikes, or switching to service providers who use cargo bikes.

How it works

1. We’ll chat about your business needs and what you want to deliver or receive, or what service you provide.
2. Then we will work with you to understand what you could safely and efficiently deliver by cargo bike, or what services you could switch to which use cargo bikes.
3. We will help you to choose a suitable style of cargo bike model or recommend a new courier company (or servicing supplier) that uses cargo bikes.
4. We will provide you with bespoke advice based on your business needs.
5. We will help you receive the marketing credit you deserve and promote your business's commitment to sustainability on our social media channels.
