Proposed changes to parking bay on Northdown Street

Islington council is proposing changes to existing Pay By Phone Bay on Northdown Street. The proposal is to covert part of the existing Pay By Phone Bay to shared (4 spaces )Pay By Phone and Business permit holders only.
