Hathersage Court cyclical improvement works

The Capital Team completed surveys at Hathersage Court. These surveys have given us the information we need to decide what cyclical improvement works will be carried out to your block and estate.
 
The list of improvements to Hathersage Court include redecoration of the external and communal areas/walkways, roof renewals, tank room renewals, improvements to the landlords electrical power supply including emergency lighting, and removal of redundant services and ducts. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list.
