Access Islington – council tax enquiries

Due to technical issues, Access Islington is currently unable to help with council tax queries over the phone or at our hubs.

You can still manage your council tax online through My Islington, including viewing your bill and making payments.

We’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible and are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please tell us how we can improve our Housing needs and strategy service.Our work includes preventing homelessness, providing housing options, working with Housing Associations, and supporting Tenant Management Organisations.

We will use your feedback to help us improve. We will update our website to let you know where we make improvements as a result of the feedback we received.

Would you be interested in joining our resident focus groups?

To help us continuously improve our services we’re looking for residents who would be interested in joining a focus group, or giving feedback via a questionnaire. We really do value your view and welcome all feedback from residents. We will respond to every feedback questionnaire submitted if you leave your contact details.

All focus group meetings will be run via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, at a time convenient for you and by someone who is independent from the service. This will ensure you can provide honest and transparent feedback to enable us to improve our services for you in the future. We offer a gift voucher to say thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. 

The council will only use the information you provide for the specific purpose outlined in this form and it will not be shared with any third parties.
