As an Islington Council social worker, you will be a core member of a multi-disciplinary team that is dedicated to enabling independence. You will work closely with colleagues and external partners to provide a relationship-based and person-centered approach.
The goal is to enable adult residents to continue living life in the way they wish. We aim to solve problems at the first point of contact, and where possible offering short term interventions to prevent the need for long-term support.
