Access Islington – council tax enquiries

Due to technical issues, Access Islington is currently unable to help with council tax queries over the phone or at our hubs.

You can still manage your council tax online through My Islington, including viewing your bill and making payments.

We’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible and are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can't find your recycling service?

Contact us if you're having trouble finding your recycling service.

If you don’t have a recycling service, or your service isn’t coming up in find it, email us on recycling@islington.gov.uk so we can rectify the situation. If your collection is missed you can report it in the following ways:

  • Download the Love Clean Streets app to your phone. From Google Play or the Apple store.

  • Log into your My Islington account. If you don’t have an account and want to track your reports and access more services like council tax, register now.
