Hot weather can be dangerous and can cause serious illness. Stay safe and look out for others who may be particularly vulnerable to the heat. Read advice on GOV.UK

Support for your wellbeing

Living with or supporting someone with substance use needs, whether it is your child, parent, sibling, friend or another relation can also take its toll on you.

Support is available from the Better Lives Family Service. They can help with emotional, practical, and therapeutic support if you or your children are affected by a parent, a spouse, a partner, another family member, carer, or friend's use of alcohol or drugs.
