Important update about community equipment

NRS Healthcare, who supply equipment such as bath lifts, hoists and profiling beds, ended their services on 15 September 2025.

We are working with other London boroughs, alongside health partners, to make sure you can still access essential equipment. We have temporary measures in place while we confirm a new provider.

We understand how important community equipment is to support you leaving hospital or maintaining your independence at home. We are working hard to make sure services stay as reliable as possible, especially for those of you with the highest levels of need.

If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us on 020 7527 2299.
