Important update about community equipment provider NRS Healthcare

Community care equipment services continue as normal. We will provide an update when a new provider takes over.

We are in the process of switching from our current community equipment provider, NRS Healthcare, to a new supplier. The community equipment service provides items like walking sticks, bath boards, toilet frames, commodes, pressure mattresses, hoists and bed rails.

We will be contacting residents who have equipment at home to let them know directly about new arrangements. Until then, the council's arrangements with our existing provider (NRS Healthcare) are still in place and you can still call the NRS Healthcare number on your equipment if you need anything.
