Local land charges search fees
How much a Local Land Charges Search costs, including add-ons that you might need.
In line with His Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) guidance we apply VAT at 20 per cent to CON29 search fees. LLC1 search fees are not subject to VAT.
Any search of part of a plot of land next to the registered property is considered a parcel.
