Access Islington – council tax enquiries

Due to technical issues, Access Islington is currently unable to help with council tax queries over the phone or at our hubs.

You can still manage your council tax online through My Islington, including viewing your bill and making payments.

Garden waste recycling bags

If you have a garden waste collection permit you can ask for a reusable heavy duty bag for your garden waste. 

Due to very high demand there is a delay in delivery of reusable garden waste bags. We will deliver as soon as possible and your order will stay open until delivered. Garden waste can also be presented in open black bags in the meantime.

Please don’t overfill your bag with garden waste as it will become too heavy to lift safely.
