What you need to buy paper visitor vouchers

Parking account

You must log into your parking account to buy vouchers. If you don't have one, create one now. For registering you will need to:

• give an email address
• create a password
• click the confirmation link sent to your email (this may take a few minutes).

Proof of address

You only need to provide proof once but if you change your address, you will need to provide proof of your new address to buy paper visitor vouchers again.

Upload photos of your proof in your new parking account the first time you buy paper visitor vouchers.

We can accept:

• council tax, energy, water, or landline phone bill dated within the last three months
• driving licence
• tenancy agreement
• Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) letter dated within the last six months.

Make sure when you scan or take a photo of your documents that they can be clearly read and we can see the whole document.

Visitor voucher authorisation

Visitor vouchers are a type of parking permit. You only need to get authorisation once.

1. Once logged in click 'apply for a permit'
2. Move down to the box that says 'Permit type: Visitor Vouchers - Authorisation request'
3. Fill in what you need and upload your proof of address.

If you find it hard to use the parking system or a computer, contact Access Islington on 020 7527 1414 and one of the team will help you set up an account and can also take payment for your vouchers.

When they will arrive

We will send your vouchers in five working days and should arrive within 10 days.

We will send orders over £100 by Royal Mail special delivery and someone will need to sign for the package. If you won't be home or can't collect the package, order less than £100 of vouchers.

Lost vouchers

If you don't receive the vouchers within 10 days, you should fill in a voucher indemnity form so that we can send you new ones.
